My professional practice, sharing my knowledge and experience with them, is based on the philosophy which has its fundament in the business ethics, partnership relation with the client and foremost in promoting legal approach (legal solutions) that supports sustainable and business-sound growth of my clients. Ill-judged short-cuts, “creative” legal solutions, or unique bargain without prior thorough and rational analysis can lead and from my experience usually leads, to significant costs and burdens over the years that the client has to accept. Approaching my clients with attention and focusing on their real goal and needs I can provide in their business more stability and security. And this is the reason of my profession.
